Having Great Heigene

Showering
Having a shower once per day is considered great hygiene. Some people that workout in the form of physical fitness have a shower after each workout which sometimes could be twice per day. It's a bit excessive to shower twice but depending on how long you worked out for, some people generate tons of sweat and when you have wet skin, floating debris and germs just stick to you. Your standard shampoo and conditioner work wonders for the hair on your head, just be certain to use them both otherwise if you omit utilizing the conditioner, you could end up with dry scalp and possibly tough to brush hair, that's only if you have long hair. Most people tend to use a nice shower body wash to get rid of the sweat and debris which builds up during the day or after a workout. However, using a good bar of soap can really do a good job as well. Many brands offer up different flavors of body wash and soap usually with their own distinct aroma but usually the cleaning agents in them are all about the same, even between different brands.
Too much hygiene bad?
There are a few schools of thought out there and believe if you keep your hygiene too perfect when your growing up, between the ages of about 3 to 8 or so, you could be at risk for developing 'Excessive body hygiene' syndrome. The syndrome is believed to be the cause for people that are overly sensitive to illness and disease, but only because they kept themselves so germ free for so many years that their bodies have no immunity at all to any type of germs and disease. When these persons get older even up to about 45 years of age, their bodies when attacked by even the simplest germs are unable to fight back very well. It is possible to actually die from the common cold when your body doesn't know how to fight it.
Pets
Having pets can be a good thing because it teaches youngsters the importance of life. It's great for children bonding with animals and they make great company. However, domesticated animals do in face bring in the germs into your house. Sometimes they go dig in garbage's and other strange things like that and those strange things are homes for germs which they will eventually bring into your house. Provided you're not allergic to animals and provided you keep them inside or under supervision outside, owning pets is generally a safe practice. It's worth noting that approximately 50% of all homes in USA and Canada have pets of some kind domesticated pet. Dogs and cats are the most common. It's also worth noting that if you're allergic to dog or cat hair, it can have a negative impact on your skin so you'll have to test for that and get rid of the pet if it's bad for your health.
Good hygiene promotes healthiness
Overall and in general, having good personal hygiene will help ward off illness from yourself and the people around you. By keeping your hands clean, reduces the spread of germs. When you cough, always do it in towards your arm, it helps prevent the airborne germs during flu season.
Smoking Cigarettes equals bad hygiene
If your smoking cigarettes, it is well known to have a negative impact on your health. Cigarettes cause various types of cancer in people that smoke them and they also harm babies if you're crazy enough to smoke them during pregnancy. Nevertheless, some people do smoke cigarettes during pregnancy and in some cases the babies develop a whole host of pregnancy defects that negatively affect the baby. If you or someone you know is pregnant then please help them to give up smoking until the baby is born. In other cases if you want to help someone stop smoking in order to save their lungs, you can turn them onto to nicotine chewing gum or even chewing tobacco would be better than smoking.
Smokers are also known to have yellower teeth than non smokers. We're not talking about those people that can afford to get their teeth colored white but just regular people. Smoking mostly almost always causes bad breath as well.
